Jae Spence Founder of Bridging the Gap Wellness Programs
Jae is an author, voice and drama coach, program innovator and passionate leader. Jae completed her masters in Healthcare Administration and is practicing those skills in her day to day endeavors with her vision, Bridging the Gap Wellness. Currently working as an educator,. Jae believes strongly in "it takes a village." Jae.started Bridging The Gap Wellness in October of 2014 to fulfill a need in the under-served community. A community that she lived in and knew so well. Bridging The Gap Wellness became an officially recognized non-profit in July of 2015. Jae has worked many years with youth and families as Site Director for the YMCA, Resource instructor, and Assistant Teacher for North Kingstown School Department, Musical Director for the NK Drama Group with students from 1-7th grades, Take an Arts Break Instructor, and Creative Director at Kingstown Crossings and Heritage Village. Jae, currently resides in Greenbelt MD with her husband and children. She is a newly elected VP of the PTA at Greenbelt Elementary and grants committee at Eleanor Roosevelt HS.
Domoneeque Rolle - Board Secretary
Domoneeque brings a wealth of talent. Currently an associate as Santander Bank Domoneeque has mastered much of the banking world and brings that to her job as secretary of BTGWP., Domoneeque says: "I'm Passionate about making changes. I believe the children are the future. My mother inspires me and I hope to do the same for others."
R. J. Strobert - Program Administrator
Ross has returned to BTG from being a program member to now running and implementing programs for the communities we serve. He has a heart for the youth and fully embodies our values. Ross is an artist and an entrepreneur.
Tony Jones - Web & Communications
Tony brings close to a decade of experience in web, communications, PR and social media to Bridging The Gap. He'll be helping to get the word out about these important programs.
